Creamy burrata on a bed of sundried tomatoes

Creamy burrata on a bed of sundried tomatoes, Taggiasche olives and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil!

@mygodo.official (ad pr product) delivering the most beautiful appetizers, pastas and desserts for our date night last week! I’m really trying to move forward being more environmentally friendly at home in terms of recycling, etc, using Olio to give unused produce (my spring onions were a hit with my neighbors) and the food from Godo all comes in glass reusable jars which if you return get you a free meal or you can use to keep anything else you make, like I made a pesto and popped the rest in one of the jars after we had the meal.

Our favourites of what we ordered were definitely the genovese basil pesto, I’m seriously obsessed with pesto in any shape or form, and the gnocchi al pomodoro which was super soft and squidgy, just how gnocchi should be, I’m sharing more photos in my stories so you can see the items and how they arrive when you order as even the way it arrives is really cute considering it’s a takeaway essentially. Also — this burrata starter was amazing, we love sundried tomatoes and olives so this was a perfect combination with a few pieces of sourdough bread 🥰

We’ve been getting so many deliveries and sometimes I swear the way they are packaged is so wasteful so having this arrive and everything being recyleable was such a nice change. Definitely would recommend giving Godo a whirl if you’re looking for some Italian pasta, fresh, hot and ready to serve.
